DRUNKEN MAN RE-ENTERS HOTEL.

On Tuesday, (08/09), Mr Thomas Young, Master Mariner, entered the Clarendon Hotel Redcar, in a state of intoxication, and during an attempt on the part of Mrs Logan and her servants to get him off the premises, Mr Young pushed Mrs Logan down, and her head was cut by the door post. On being threatened with prosecution, Mr Young made a very ample apology, and offered to give £10 to some charity. The sum, at Mrs Logan’s request has been given thus, viz.: Five pounds to the Redcar Lifeboat Fund, and five pound to the Cottage Hospital, North Ormesby.
